2023 Range Rover Sport vs 2022 Range Rover Sport

Serving Union City, GA

The Range Rover Sport is the ideal luxury SUV for Atlanta-area drivers who expect luxury and off-road capabilities from their next vehicle. This midsize SUV takes its place between the Range Rover Velar and the flagship Range Rover in the current lineup, and it boasts extensive updates in 2023 with the debut of its third generation. How does the 2023 Range Rover Sport compare to the 2022 version?

Performance

In 2023, the Range Rover Sport is available with a turbo 4.4-liter, V8 gas engine, which is updated and now produces 523 horsepower. It pairs with Dynamic Response Pro, all-wheel steering, and an electronic active differential. Three other powertrains are available and are unchanged for 2023. These include a 3.0-liter turbo, V6, 355-horsepower system, and an upgraded variation of this system that produces 395 horsepower. The Range Rover Sport is also available with a plug-in hybrid engine. This is a turbo V6 engine mated with an electric motor, and it gives you 434 combined horsepower. Its all-electric range is 51 miles.

Appearance

The 2022 Range Rover Sport displays a sleek yet boxy profile with streaming, horizontal accents and flared fenders on the sides. The front bumper is designed with angled supports. The headlights display an LED rectangular element outlined on two sides with an LED bar. The 2023 Range Rover Sport has a new look with smoother and slightly angled side accents. The grille is shorter, and the LED-enhanced headlights have a sleeker shape. In addition, the bumper has horizontal accents in the side vents and is bisected by a thick, horizontal element.

Features

Inside the 2023 Range Rover Sport is a new infotainment system with a touch display screen. Both model years are available with a wireless device charging station, a Meridian sound system, a 13.7-inch driver's digital display, forward collision warning, massaging front seats, soft-close doors, leather upholstery, a head-up display, a four-zone automatic climate control system, a heated steering wheel, a refrigerated center console, a rear entertainment system, and others.
